Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Contract Corporate Technical Recruiter for a technology company in Raleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading company! This is a contract position through October of 2019.
Responsibilities:
- Will engage in full life-cycle corporate recruiting including sourcing, identification, screening, selection, interviewing, offer negotiation, on-boarding and new employee orientation.
- Will develop and execute sourcing strategies from both passive and active sources including referrals, niche postings, career fairs, resume databases and leading recruiting solutions including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Will present and analyze industry labor trends and market patterns to leadership, enter and track applicants in ATS and partner with all levels of management across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree is required
- 4 plus years of combined corporate and agency experience is needed specifically in the technical space
- Must be able to support 2 locations
- Must be extremely polished and professional and have the ability to work with people on all levels
- Experience with Mergers and acquisitions would be ideal
