Accentuate Staffing is working with one of our technology clients in Raleigh who is seeking a full life cycle Corporate Recruiter beginning now until July 2020. This is a wonderful opportunity with a leading company!
Responsibilities:
- Engage in full life-cycle corporate recruiting including sourcing, identification, screening, selection, interviewing, offer negotiation
- On-boarding and new employee orientation
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies from both passive and active sources including referrals, niche postings, career fairs, resume databases and leading recruiting solutions including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present and analyze industry labor trends and market patterns to leadership
- Applicant tracking system (ATS) selection and implementation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of corporate and agency experience is preferred
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Must have strong technology skills and have hands on ATS experience
