Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Content CSR to join a small website driven company promoting books and authors. This is a work from home opportunity requiring 40 hours weekly. The ideal candidate will be on that enjoys reading, writing, and assisting client needs. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage lists of books and inventory by updating information, entering data, and running reports
- Provide customer support to authors and publishers
- Assist with creation of daily newsletters that is blasted out to readers each day
- Handle emails to edit descriptions for new listings and locate appropriate retailers
- Run and process reports to update team members on productivity throughout the day
- Work with team to analyze book genres and manage client information
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work from home
- Strong writing skill set and ability to write in professional email tone
- Self starter and ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Availability to work some weekend hours if needed
- Highly organized and analytical in nature
- Love of books and reading
- MS Office proficiency and ability to pick up new software quickly
- Strong customer service skill set
