Accentuate Staffing is assisting a concrete manufacturer in the Wake Forest area who is looking for a Construction Test Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Construction Test Technician will conduct pre pour inspections on concrete products to include form, clean, dimension checks, proper application of form oil, etc.
- Technician will conduct post pour inspections on concrete products
- Technician will review all QC issues to include major patching, remakes, scrap product, etc.
- Technician will inspect incoming deliveries of steel, rock, sand, and other accessories used in production
- Technician will perform spot check loads daily
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a background in construction materials testing or horticulture
- Candidates with concrete testing experience a plus
- Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED; Technical Degree or Bachelor’s degree a plus
