Accentuate Staffing is hiring for multiple Superintendent positions for an established company in the Wilmington area. The company specializes in HVACs, piping, and MEP projects for a variety of commercial and large-scale residential construction. The ideal candidate has some experience with HVACs or P&ID systems. There are openings for an Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, as well as a Senior Superintendent positions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities and complete progress reports
- Inspect completed and in-progress structures and sites for safety, compliance, and conforming to material and structural needs
- Communicate with subcontractors and field staff
- Manage employees as appropriate
- Carry out construction duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a superintendent
- Experience with HVAC and piping installation and design
- Experience with management preferred, but not required
- Associates degree in Construction, Construction Management, or related field of study preferred
