Accentuate Staffing is assisting a Global Drug manufacturer in the North Raleigh area who is seeking a CMMS Data Coordinator to join their team to assist in the completion of a long term project. The ideal candidate will help collect, clean up and format asset data and records, Calibration instrument data, preventative maintenance work order information and contractor and supplier information.
Responsibilities:
- Asset data and records
- Calibration instrument data and records
- Preventive maintenance work order information
- Contractor and Supplier contact information
- Will assist in editing and or authoring Maintenance Work Order and CMMS SOPs
Requirements:
- Experience implementing, administrating and/or utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System software is required.
- Experience with MS Excel required.
- Experience with Asset classification assignment, maintenance work order planning and scheduling is a plus.
- Technical writing experience would be a plus.
- Bachelor Degree is preferred
- eMaint and or Fluke experience would be ideal
