Accentuate Staffing is assisting a Global Biotech company in RTP who is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity that will work remotely from home for now.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide salary administration and compensation analysis for all compensation related issues and programs. This position will be hands on and will assist the HR Director put in place compensation policies. The ideal candidate can see the big picture strategy and understand how daily decisions impact and apply to companies developing career framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day salary administration programs as assigned
  • Assist with the monthly sales commission processing to include data uploads and system administration.
  • Assist with the year-end process (merit, bonus, equity & PMP) including data management, analysis and compensation consulting.
  • Analyze compensation data and recommend salary grades.
  • Review promotions and off-cycle base salary adjustments.
  • Evaluate any new or revised role profiles and determine appropriate Career Path/Job Level, FLSA classification, salary grade and/or salary adjustments.
  • Work with the generalists, business partners and recruiters to structure competitive offers to potential candidates.
  • Maintain appropriate records regarding approvals for compensation related actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required and at least 3 years of experience in biotech/pharma is needed
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Thorough understanding of Radford and Mercer market benchmarks
  • Payfactors or other similar compensation management system is experience is preferred
  • Workday Compensation Module experience would also be preferred
