Accentuate Staffing is currently hiring for a Compensation Analyst. In this role, the primary focus would be to provide support to the Director – Total Rewards in compensation analysis, guidance, and reporting and requests from HR Partners and People Managers. Administers and monitors compensation programs for organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary compensation liaison to the field people managers, recruiters, and HR Partners to provide accurate analysis, guidance, and comparisons to the market for requested positions
  • Updates, as requested, current job descriptions as well as creating new positions for competitive positioning in salary structure
  • Participates in annual salary surveys and ensures salary structure is appropriately positioned in comparison to the market and company compensation philosophy; making recommendations for movement to the Director
  • Updating current market pricing tool with survey data and employee data
  • Fulfills requests for any compensation related reports to managers
  • Reviews, verifies, and approves compensation related actions in Workday in a timely manner
  • Maintains organizational job profile catalog, creating and/or updating the information as needed in Workday
  • Participates in annual Advanced Compensation Cycle process; proposing timelines, preparing presentations, etc.
  • Provides support for the bi-annual LTI plan activities and reporting
  • Provides support for all M&A related program integrations and transitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or Financial related field
  • CCP preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in compensation field
  • Advanced level of skill in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Ability to apply knowledge, skills, and expertise in subject matter to communicate and assist internal clients and people managers to understand compensation
