Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an immediate Direct Hire opportunity for a Communications Specialist to join a Hi-Tech/High Growth Global company in Raleigh, NC.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the mission, vision, culture and business objectives to work independently with senior leadership and develop/implement marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop enterprise-level marketing and communication materials (blogs, infographics, videos etc.) that effectively position company in the industry
  • Identify, communicate, and use new and planned marketing activities focused on brand elevation including events, webinars, speaking engagements, analyst relations, and media/public relations
  • Craft social media strategy and carry out activities that help promote our brand, both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate the integration of employee engagement activities within broader the marketing theme, and build on overall enterprise messaging
  • Manage the financial budget for corporate marketing activities
  • Give visibility and reporting on a timely basis, both to the marketing leadership and to business and regional leaders
  • Project management of the annual corporate marketing campaign calendar in coordination with business and HR teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, IT, Administration, Procurement, Business services) to produce effective promotional materials for different media platforms
  • Managing daily updates across social media channels and reporting
  • Prepare communication campaign mailers for external and for internal purposes
  • Facilitating employee communication, informing about various marketing and brand visibility initiatives via mailers, newsletters etc.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end communications campaign involving content, design, and creative media development
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, manage employee and alumni communities, and curate content and narratives to engage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Apply the latest thinking and best practices from social, digital media, and marketing communications to create highly engaging and impactful communication campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with industry associations/ business chambers and organize events
  • Manage agency partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of marketing communications experience with a B2B firm
  • Familiarity in a professional services and consulting firm environment working with cross functional, multi-cultural teams
  • Experience in creating and managing multiple facets of marketing communication campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in leveraging social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Research-oriented with attention to detail and aptitude for quickly grasping technical and business concepts and using these for go-to-market activities
  • Strong project management experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a good work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize between strategic and tactical workstreams
  • Excellent command of English; Versatile copy writing skills for preparing persuasive content tailoring to different audiences
  • Experience with event strategy and managing external agencies is a plus
