Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager to join a global distributor in Raleigh. This company sells and distributes products to major grocery store chains, Amazon and restaurants. The ideal candidate will work on email platforms to conduct campaigns, move and modify images on the store fronts, social marketing, etc. Experience with B2B and B2C shopping platforms are needed. This position will work within an office so local candidates only.
Responsibilities:
- Working with outside marketing agency and internal staff, grow B2C site sales
- Utilizing various marketing and social media platforms
- Assist in posting store updates
- Assist in program and product development, including promotions
- Set up and manage 3rd party marketplaces, such as Amazon Marketplace
- Manage customer service and communications with B2C customers, internal teams, and outside marketing firm.
- Manage our B2B portal transaction and customer activity, includes customer service aspects
- Post and Edit content on B2B portal and ecommerce
- Manage B2B ecommerce
- Utilizing various marketing and social media platforms
- Assist in posting store updates
- Assist in program and product promotions
- Edit and develop content for posting on website or shopping carts
- Help to design, build, and maintain web pages and web functionality to meet ecommerce targets.
- Edit and develop content for training programs. Assist with managing the training events and updating online and social media training content.
Requirements:
- Posting Social Media Updates and Scheduling via Sprout Social
- Help produce and edit social media and web content
- Using Mailchimp or other email program
- Updating web content and web tools
- Updating websites, shopping cart and other online content
- Assist with and coordinate customer training and events, both online and in person.
- Ecommerce Shopping Carts and Tools, primarily Shopify
- Social Media Experience in posting (using Sprout Social)
- Online 3rd Party Marketplace experience, such as Amazon Marketplace
- Sage200 or other type of ERP system for order entry
- Adobe ID Suite Experience
- HubSpot, Active Campaign or other CRM system
- Web tools such as Type Forms, CRM integration, Calendry
- Google Analytics and SEO understanding
- MS Office software (basic working access).
- Mail Chimp or other similar email programs
- WordPress Web Content Management
- Knowledge of databases, extractions, uploads, etc. (for marketing tools) to download data from the ERP, shopping carts and other systems and upload into the applicable marketing message delivery platforms.
