Accentuate Staffing is assisting a Raleigh organization who is looking to hire an Evening Collections professional. The hours are 10:15am- 7:15pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel borrowers by phone, demonstrating adherence to customer service goals, guidelines and objectives.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Place outbound collection calls.
- Take incoming phone calls related to the servicing of borrowers loans in repayment or prior to repayment.
- Update information related to demographic information supplied by borrowers.
- Perform servicing activities, including but not limited to, changing critical records related to the borrower’s situation.
- Perform activities to locate updated demographic information for borrowers with no recent contact.
- Assist management as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years collections experience in a call center environment
