Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for Collections and Customer Service Associates for a large pharmacy group in the Cary area. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from patients regarding account needs
  • Follow up and make outbound phone calls to patients to inform about payments, account updates, and deliveries
  • Input confidential patient information into computer system
  • Answer patient questions and follow up as needed
  • Escalate calls to manager as needed
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and web chat
  • Work with team members to ensure patients are receiving best customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous call center and/or collections experience
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English desirable
  • MS Office work proficiency
  • Strong communication skill set both written and verbal
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skill set
