Accentuate Staffing is assisting a coffee manufacturer who is looking for a Coffee Packaging/Roasting Associate to work in their manufacturing plant. This position is a temp to hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Associate will operate machinery to blend, fill, and package coffee products
- Associate will perform scheduled maintenance of coffee roasting, grinding, and packaging equipment
- Associate will participate in tasting and evaluating product for quality control purposes
- Associate will operate forklifts to move pallets
Requirements:
- Candidates with previous food or beverage manufacturing experience a plus
- Candidates with previous experience following GMPs and Food safety protocols preferred
- Candidates must be computer savvy with MS Office, Fed Ex Shipping is a plus
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be comfortable lifting 75 lbs
- Must be to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
