Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery parts in the Raleigh area who is looking for a CNC Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity working 1st or 2nd shift Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Machinist will operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
- Machinist will fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical instruments
- Machinist will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment
- Machinist will utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges
- Machinist will read and interpret instructions and drawing such as blueprints and geometric tolerances
Requirements:
- Candidates must have knowledge of operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills
- Candidates must at least 1 year of relevant experience in machine shop environments
- Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
- Candidates must have experience using precision measuring equipment
- Candidates must have knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
