Responsibilities:

• CNC Machinist/Programmer will set up and program CNC Mills and lathes
• Machinist/Programmer will review set up instructions, drawings, inspection forms and other relevant documentation
• Machinist/Programmer will load tools per set up instructions, set tool offsets
• Machinist/Programmer will locate, download, and input proper CNC Programs
• Machinist/Programmer will adjust equipment, inspect parts, and submit passing parts to QA
• Machinist/Programmer will begin production once first article is approved from QA

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years experience programming and setting up CNC Mills and Lathes
• Candidates must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Candidates must understand G code
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of tooling and feeds, speeds, etc.
• Candidates must be able to download programs from the computer
