Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Cloud Specialist for a growing tech company in the Garner area. This is a great opportunity for someone thirsty to learn about new technologies in a fast paced environment.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and primary points of contacts to recommend new products and services to support all customer needs.
  • Work with teams to provide technical support and identify resolutions to client issues
  • Research, prioritize, and update client technical support issues and verify information into database
  • Provide daily support to clients and update team members with escalated issues
  • Assist as needed in the sales process
  • Manage all communication needed with external and internal partners
  • Perform general maintenance tasks on special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of technical support experience handling MS systems and Office 365
  • At least 2 years of exposure to Microsoft Windows servers
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong drive and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
