Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading healthcare company in Raleigh in their search for a Client Operations Manager.  This person will assist the operations team in the successful implementation, delivery, reporting, management, and client communication and coordination of pharmaceutical co-pay assistance and medication discount programs, Clinical Studies reimbursement programs, and future products offered to clients. The candidate will collaborate with internal team members, as well as client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team, clients, and other internal support teams in the planning, implementation and execution of co-pay discount programs for patients, as well as medication reimbursement programs for clinical studies
  • Execute project plans for each client program, including meeting program milestones, timelines, goals, tasks, managing details to completion
  • Work with support vendors (including a PBM, Debit Card Provider…) to ensure programs under development are on budget, in scope and on time
  • Provide as needed customer service for client issues and triage appropriately
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings in cooperation with the sales team and other internal team members
  • Resolve issues and report critical items in a timely manner, including the communication and creation of action plans to management and customers
  • Serves as liaison between finance and sales team to assist with tracking and communicating activities of client prefund accounts.
  • Assist finance team in managing client invoice scheduling and approvals.
  • Manage change orders for each program and communicate with the internal team
  • Be an agent of unity to resolve conflicts within and between projects and team members
  • Monitor programs and provide recommendations for improvements to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Use web-based and computer based tools to help setup and manage programs for clients
  • Manage the printing needs for program related cards, coupons, check, or other reimbursement collateral as needed by the client
  • Communicating client needs and expectations clearly across development teams

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree and/or minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in project management and/or customer support
  • Pharmaceutical, agency or other related healthcare industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned work
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrently assigned projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of project budgets management
  • Ability to anticipate delays or obstacles, collect data, establishes facts, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions
  • Strong ability to develop and implement processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
