Accentuate Staffing is actively seeking a Client Support Analysis for a client in Cary. The Client Support Analyst will provide technical and operational support to external and internal end users while utilizing various ticketing, workflow, and data management tools

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound telephone calls and tickets in trouble tracking tool for end user and desktop support.
  • Provide excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Escalate customer concerns as necessary to management, as required.
  • Ensure issues are fully documented within the trouble tracking tool that allows for seamless escalation to other personnel as required.
  • Administer and manage user access.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates while gaining an understanding of application goals, functions, and logic.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in an operational area and/or technical client services preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, decision making and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proper phone etiquette, strong verbal and written skills, and effective listening skills.
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude as well as intermediate computer experience with common computer applications such as internet browsers and the Microsoft Office Suite
