Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Client Services Liaison for a growing medical device group in the Morrisville, NC area. This is a temp to hire position with full time hours!
- Manage all incoming orders and answer sales order related questions from clients
- Review all purchase orders and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist both international and domestic customers and distributors
- Input all order needs including customer information and ship dates
- Identify customer billing or payment problems and find solutions for issues
- Communicate with customers regarding order processing, shipping dates, returns, and credit/payment resolutions
- Work with management on reports and updates of clients
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous background handling order entry and customer service needs for clients
- Background in medical device desirable
- ERP work experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong critical thinking skills
