Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Client Services Engineer to join a fast growing IT managed service provider located in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing deskside support in a domain based Windows environment. Will create user accounts, shares, and work with DNS & DHCP. If you are looking to gain experience with a fast-growing team and be a part of a collaborative work environment, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Being part of a high quality team that delivers IT business optimization to end users.
  • Using the latest tools/techniques for remote IT support.
  • Exposure to the latest technology platforms – both on the implementation and support side.
  • Create how to guides for end users and internal documents for troubleshooting common issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in domain environments (DNS, DHCP, user creation, login scripts, basic group policies, share creation)
  • Windows platforms (lifecycle management – imaging, deployment, maintenance, disaster recovery)
  • Application deployment (scripting) in Windows environments
  • Gadget Master

  • Technical Writing
