Accentuate Staffing is looking for a Client Service Representative to join a leading company in Raleigh, NC.  This role serves as the first point of contact for all clients and vendors contacting the organization to provide world class client service.  The hours for this position are working 11am-8pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, interface, correspond, address, and follow up in response to general service needs, claims processing, and information requests using electronic and written means, which may include: phones, fax, and e-mails, with various points of contact, including but not limited to: clients, pharmacies, hospice agencies and vendors.
  • Collect, troubleshoot and verify accuracy of data, such as: patient demographics, medication, names, strengths, quantities, etc., for input into the claim processing system for process accuracy.
  • Provide timely resolution and follow-up to claims processing issues as they arise.
  • Contact and document pharmacy contact information, which may include: phone/fax numbers, address, hours of operation, pharmacy manager names and use internet tools to determine distance.
  • Provide information, as requested or needed, to management and other staff.
  • Assist in the accurate and timely completion of reports and med reviews for various clients.
  • Document and provide accurate record of work performed on projects and their statuses.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports to clients or management as necessary.
  • Prioritize and organize assigned work and assume responsibility for assignments, and other duties as assigned.
  • Achieve departmental goals and performance standards.
  • Immediately communicate any workflow problems, abnormalities, issues, or backlog to management.
  • Continually foster a team work spirit and maintain a neat working environment.
  • Maintain HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability Act) and PHI (Personal Health Information).
  • Maintain quality standards and a professional image of the Company.
  • Adhere to all company policies and federal and state regulations in accordance with company training.
  • Initiate and maintain a good rapport with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to meet and hold a flexible work schedule, including: evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills present in work output.
  • Intermediate computer keyboard and 10 key calculator skills.
  • Completes takes with an ability to comprehend and follow process oriented instructions.
  • Displays a basic understanding and knowledge of health insurance usage processes and/or procedures.
  • Performs work with an ability to comfortably use Microsoft Suites, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute and use internet search engines.
  • Ability to meet Company attendance standards, observing scheduled shifts in a punctual and dependable manner
