Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Client Service Representative to join an established manufacturing company located in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Manager
- Respond to client inquiries via phone or email and answer questions regarding the status of orders and product selection
- Process purchase orders and prepare quotations for clients
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
- Maintain and build relationships with essential internal and external parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Background processing purchase orders and assisting customers
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office
