Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a large insurance company in the Raleigh area that is seeking a Claims Support Representative. This is a temp to hire position to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound phone calls from customers regarding claims status
- Provide administrative support to the claims support team
- Review and document all account updates into system
- Review insurance forms for correctness and completeness
- Investigates claim status and manage
- Documenting claims in accordance with best practices
- Work within a team to complete claims needs
- Assist processors and adjustors on claims status
Requirements:
- Previous claims support experience
- Background utilizing MS Office
- Excellent multi-tasking skill set and ability to work on multiple accounts
- 10-key and data entry skill set
- Excellent communication skill set
