Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading machine shop in the Greensboro, NC area who is hiring a Chemical Process Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Chemical Process Technician will lead production processes for plating complex parts and equipment
- Technician will process test panels, aid in adjustments, tank dumps, and cleaning
- Technician will document and apply chemical and physical plating methods and procedures
- Technician will lead root cause analysis and corrective action for electroplating
- Technician will monitor and maintain chemical inventory
- Technician will develop and implement test processes, propose ways to improve quality and reduce cost
- Technician will lead production to ensure safety, on time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 1+ years plating experience, working with chemicals
- Candidates must have process technician, process improvement background
- Leadership background is a plus
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
