Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Cell Culture Associate and Scientist to work with a fast growing biopharmaceutical company in RTP, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Support upstream process development activities for mammalian cell culture and microbial production.
- Will utilize Bioreactors from 15L to 200L
- Will assist in the harvesting of cells
- Prepare bioreactors, perform media feed, inoculation, buffer prep and filtering
Requirements:
- Degree in Chem Eng., Biotechnology or related with 0-2 yrs or MS with 0 yrs exp
- Sr Associate level requires BS with 5+ yrs or MS with 2+ yrs.
- Scientist level requires MS degree minimum 3+ years exp. or PhD with cell culture aseptic techniques
- Experience with cell culture/fermentation process development preferred
- Skilled in Excel data entry and plotting
