Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Taking accurate measurements and calculating the size and amount of materials needed
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to build structures or fixtures
• Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
• Ensure work is done in a timely fashion, within the appropriate project timeline
• Regularly keep customers informed on project progress

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a carpenter including installing interior trim, patching drywall, painting, etc.
• Experience with residential remodeling preferred
• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or relevant certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be willing and able to work after hours/on call on a rotational basis
• Must provide own hand tools
• Must be able to consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
