Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting the best of the best in call center reps for a client in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will be one with a pleasant attitude with an eagerness to help and serve customers. This is a M-F 40 hour per week position between the hours of 8am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a high volume call center environment handling inbound and outbound calls
- Answer requests from customers and find resolutions to issues
- Assist callers with collections, billing, installations, and payment arrangements
- Schedule and update service orders
- Update database with caller information, service needs, and issues
- Work in a team environment to assist with training and coaching staff members
Requirements:
- Previous call center, retail, food service, or customer service work history required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work between 8am-6pm M-F
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
