Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an upbeat and personable Call Center Representative to join a growing company in the Cary, NC area. The ideal candidate is a person that enjoys solving problems, helping others and working in a team environment. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in an inbound and outbound call center environment
  • Resolve customer order issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter orders into company software
  • Assist customers with account updates
  • Provide customers with correct and current product information
  • Take payments over the phone and assist with refunds
  • Ensure a satisfied customer experience by answering all questions
  • Work with team members to manage large call volumes and calls in queue
  • Additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years in a call center environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and toggle between screens
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience inputting data in large volumes
