Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an upbeat and personable Call Center Representative to join a growing company in the Cary, NC area. The ideal candidate is a person that enjoys solving problems, helping others and working in a team environment. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Work in an inbound and outbound call center environment
- Resolve customer order issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter orders into company software
- Assist customers with account updates
- Provide customers with correct and current product information
- Take payments over the phone and assist with refunds
- Ensure a satisfied customer experience by answering all questions
- Work with team members to manage large call volumes and calls in queue
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Over 2 years in a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and toggle between screens
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience inputting data in large volumes
