Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established metal shop and tooling manufacturer in Durham who is looking for Calibration Technicians to join their team. This is a first shift position working 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Calibration Technician will calibrate all models of product in accordance with quality control procedures using precision measuring tools
- Technician will assemble product and sub-assemblies
- Technician will verify the configuration of each assembly and verify current revisions of documents are used
- Technician will ensure specified components are used for each assembly
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, assembly documents, and parts list
- Candidates must be able to use drill presses, hydraulic presses, multimeter and common hand tools
- Candidates must be computer savvy
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
