Accentuate Staffing is assisting a well-established cabinetry manufacturer in the Eastern NC area that is seeking a Cabinet Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with production teams to align cabinet designs with manufacturing capabilities
- Develop technical part drawings and CNC programs to support fabrication processes
- Prepare precise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and outline production routing requirements
- Assist the sales team by providing cost breakdowns and accurate pricing estimates
- Enhance workflow by improving documentation methods and communication systems
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in cabinet design, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Background in frameless or European-style cabinetry, with hands-on CNC experience
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM platforms such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and WoodWOP
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software efficiently
- Proactive mindset with a drive to enhance systems and integrate automation solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
