Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production teams to align cabinet designs with manufacturing capabilities
• Develop technical part drawings and CNC programs to support fabrication processes
• Prepare precise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and outline production routing requirements
• Assist the sales team by providing cost breakdowns and accurate pricing estimates
• Enhance workflow by improving documentation methods and communication systems

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in cabinet design, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Background in frameless or European-style cabinetry, with hands-on CNC experience
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM platforms such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and WoodWOP
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software efficiently
• Proactive mindset with a drive to enhance systems and integrate automation solutions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
