Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Business Operations Admin to join a video game developer located in Cary. This is a year long contract opportunity that is ideally looking for someone with previous administrative experience. If you enjoy working in an innovative environment, this is the perfect position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
