Supply Chain Business Analyst
Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a hybrid Business Analyst for a growing client in Rocky Mount, NC. The Business Analyst is responsible for the analytical review and implementation of supply chain programs to provide value while meeting customer expectations and satisfaction. This will be achieved by thorough analysis of extensive data to redesign existing supply chain patterns. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the supply chain analysis function to ensure approval, setup, and implementation of customer and vendor programs
- Act as a key participant in on-site meetings with new and existing customers to gather relevant data for the analytical process.
- Development of extensive business modeling of customer and vendor supply chains
- Utilize extensive datasets to organize, analyze, and present information, aiding in supply chain decision-making for customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with logistics teams on inbound and outbound freight rates for analysis.
- Internal management of existing business supply chain to maximize margins and service levels.
- Offer input and guidance during the review process to establish strategic targets for new customers.
- Negotiate product costs, transportation, payment terms, and other supply chain costs with partners including vendors, customers, and freight providers.
- Provide analytical support to achieve specified goals for both new and existing business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience providing analytical support
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through persistent negotiations and effective resource allocation.
- Proficient in Excel with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
