Accentuate Staffing is assisting an educational facility in the Raleigh area recruit for a Building Maintenance Tech. This is a 1st shift (7am-4pm) contract to hire opportunity, with some required OT and on call hours required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Tech will be required to do light plumbing and electrical work
- Maintenance Tech will assist with doing minor repairs including painting, changing light bulbs, completing work orders, etc.
- Maintenance Tech will help set-up for on campus events
- Maintenance Tech will assist with mail delivery throughout campus
- Maintenance Tech will conduct traffic control for morning drop-off as well as after school events
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years building maintenance experience
- Must be comfortable performing light plumbing and electrical work
- Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
