Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing flooring company in Durham, NC who is looking for a Builder Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract to hire position working 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Builder Coordinator will manage homebuilder installations.
- Coordinator will create and schedule work orders.
- Coordinator will order materials and input data into computer systems.
- Coordinator will download and process construction plans for installation.
- Coordinator will communicate with builder superintendents and warranty personnel to identify and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have experience in home building or desire to learn.
- Candidates must be able to pull and process information to create work orders.
- Candidates must be able to read and interpret construction plans.
- Candidates must be computer savvy with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- General knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods preferred.
