Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC who is seeking a Brokerage/Marketing Assistant to support a team of brokers in their Charlotte office.  This role provides administrative and marketing support under the direct supervision of a combined team.  The Brokerage Assistant will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of brokers in their day-to-day activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Assist with the creation and production of marketing materials, using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), including but not limited to brochures, email blasts, invitations, announcements, and other materials while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, filing, processing mail, scheduling meetings and other responsibilities that support the company; Prepare and edit correspondence, including but not limited to letters, memos, reports, agreements, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Research departments to prepare customized marketing campaigns and events, prepare and execute marketing plans, and provide routine market data and analysis
  • Proofread correspondence and marketing materials for spelling, grammar, and layout; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
  • Create/edit maps and aerial photographs in Photoshop and Google Earth Pro
  • Manage team listings in a variety of publications and on-line databases
  • Manage client information requests, including preparation and mailing of information
  • Maintain information in the company CRM database, including but not limited to: entering new contacts and/or companies, creating groups and/or running reports.
  • Assist brokers in scheduling meetings and property tours
  • Conduct database research and management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and client events, under limited guidance of Vice President, Marketing
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 years of real estate experience a plus
  • NC/SC real estate license holders are eligible to receive commissions.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners with a professional image
  • Good sense of humor
  • Keen sense of urgency
  • Advanced computer aptitude
  • Good proofreading capabilities
