
Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for our client located in North Raleigh, 27616. The Bookkeeper will manage the daily accounting/administrative tasks for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with a variety of office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing financial statements & journal entries,
- Performing daily bookkeeping (AP/AR) tasks to include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage payroll & taxes for a small staff of 20 employees
- Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
- Organize and maintain financial files and records
- Other administrative/office tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite Monday-Friday
- Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
