Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established company in North Raleigh to hire a dependable and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while also handling general office administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing financial processes for a small business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and financial statements
  • Perform daily bookkeeping duties (accounts payable and receivable)
  • Process payroll and payroll taxes for a small team
  • Record financial transactions using QuickBooks
  • Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
  • Organize and maintain financial and administrative files
  • Provide additional office support as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
