
Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an established company in North Raleigh to hire a dependable and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while also handling general office administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing financial processes for a small business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and financial statements
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties (accounts payable and receivable)
- Process payroll and payroll taxes for a small team
- Record financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
- Organize and maintain financial and administrative files
- Provide additional office support as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday
