Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing biopharmaceutical company in the RTP area who is looking for a Facilities and EHS Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manager will manage all facility infrastructure and lead the Environmental Health and Safety operations for the company
- Manager will plan, organize, and supervise facility maintenance activities
- Manager will partner with colleagues to ensure laboratory equipment uptime through scheduled equipment preventative maintenance and repair
- Manager will develop and implement safety strategies and environmental regulatory and sustainability programs across the site
- Manager will interact with regulatory agencies to support audits
- Manager will manage external supplier and utility maintenance partner relationships
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 6+ years facility maintenance experience
- Candidates must have experience in a life sciences or biotechnology environment with a strong cGMP knowledge
- Candidates must have a background leading Environmental Health and Safety
- Candidates must be able to follow Good Documentation Practices
