Responsibilities:

• Inventory Specialist will maintain accurate inventory of biospecimens across all departments
• Specialist will execute scheduled cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within the LIMS
• Specialist will ensure inventory and billing accuracy
• Specialist will complete all required documentation for Quality review
• Specialist will complete all inventory counts and documentation in cold storage areas

Requirements:

• Candidates must have extensive inventory background
• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in biological sciences or a laboratory environment
• Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite; LIMS background preferred
• Candidates must be familiar with GxP/GMP/GDP requirements
• Candidates must be comfortable working in cold storage environments, freezers, liquid nitrogen areas
• Candidates must maintain confidentiality in adherence to HIPPA regulations
• Candidates must safely handle potentially infectious materials in compliance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
