Responsibilities:

1. Automation Technician will set up, shut down, operate, and adjust automation lines
2. Technician will diagnose and perform moderate maintenance of equipment and lines
3. Technician will complete batch related documentation in accordance with GDPs
4. Technician will monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize equipment downtime
5. Technician will assist with the completion of non conformances, deviations, and CAPA

Requirements:

1. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs, experience in an ISO 13485 environment a plus
2. Candidates must be proficient reading blueprints, schematic drawings, etc
3. Candidates must be able to perform math and measurements to perform maintenance on equipment
4. Candidates must have process start up and shut down experience
5. Candidates must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
6. Candidates must have 3+ years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment OR a Bachelors degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
7. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or meet the requirements for medical or religious exemption
