Accentuate Staffing is working with an established and growing banking and insurance organization with locations in the Southeast. They are looking to hire Bilingual Account Managers for their Charlotte region. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, offering excellent benefits and tremendous growth opportunity with a strong family friendly company culture. This company is hiring for both Commercial and Personal lines.
Responsibilities:
- Answers calls from customers inquiring about endorsement requests, cancellations and claims and communicate on all facets of their account service needs
- Processes transactions according to company procedures
- Review bills when received and forward to customers
- Processes audits, quote and print finance agreements
- Handle customers’ requests for certificates and send where needed
- Support account retention efforts and growth of current accounts
- Ensures that client and policy information is up to date on the system and in accordance with procedures
- Keeps P & C License active and increases insurance knowledge by attending continuing education classes
Requirements:
- Current P & C License or ability to get license
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Customer facing ability
- Local to or willing to move to the Charlotte area
- Able to work in office
