Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish/English) CSR to join a growing financial group in the Raleigh area. This is a possible temp to permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a high volume inbound and outbound call center environment
  • Field phone calls from customers regarding account information, updates, and billing questions
  • Identify issues for customers and escalate as needed
  • Manage follow up calls to customers as needed
  • Key in customer information into database system
  • Assist with fraudulent charges to customer accounts and alert appropriate team members to correct issues
  • Work on special projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual – read, write, speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Excellent typing and 10 key skill set
  • At least 2 years of call center and/or customer service work history
  • MS Office proficiency
