Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish/English) CSR to join a growing financial group in the Raleigh area. This is a possible temp to permanent opportunity.
- Work in a high volume inbound and outbound call center environment
- Field phone calls from customers regarding account information, updates, and billing questions
- Identify issues for customers and escalate as needed
- Manage follow up calls to customers as needed
- Key in customer information into database system
- Assist with fraudulent charges to customer accounts and alert appropriate team members to correct issues
- Work on special projects as assigned by manager
- Must be fully bilingual – read, write, speak Spanish and English fluently
- Excellent typing and 10 key skill set
- At least 2 years of call center and/or customer service work history
- MS Office proficiency
