Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for a leading construction company in the Cary area. This position would cover a few branches along the East Coast and involve slight travel to these sites. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruitment handling screenings, interview set up, orientation, and new hire paperwork
- Manage all phone interviews and updates to candidate applications
- Create and post requisitions to career web sites and attend job fairs
- Handle performance reviews for new staff within first 90 days of employment
- Recruit staff for field personnel including construction associate, drywall personnel, project managers, and labor team members
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of associates
- Work with HR and administrative teams to track new hire information in company database
- Organize interview and orientation schedules for staff
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
- Bilingual – Spanish/English preferred
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred
- Background utilizing MS office and Applicant Tracking systems
- Outgoing and energetic personality
