Accentuate Staffing, a recruiting firm in NC, is launching a nationwide search for a Bilingual HR Generalist for a well known manufacturing client with locations all across the US.

This position will be based in Ozark, Arkansas. If you answer “YES” to the following questions this could be a great match for your career path:

• Are you bilingual in English and Spanish
• Do you live in or near Ozark, Arkansas or are you willing to relocate?
• Are you willing to work 2nd shift? 3/4PM – Midnight Monday – Friday
• Are you willing to work additional hours as needed to meet business demand?
• Do you have a HSD and at least 2 years of HR related experience in a manufacturing environment?
• Are you organized and able to prioritize work to be accurate, efficient, and productive in an environment where priorities are constantly changing?
• Are you comfortable wearing PPE?
• Does the salary range coincide with your experience level and expectation? Additional compensation is offered based on meeting KPI’s.
