Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Admin to join a large construction group in the Cary, NC area. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and HR experience and be completely bilingual (Spanish/English). This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new employees and assist with onboarding process
  • Conduct HR and Benefit orientation in English and Spanish for new hires
  • Handle all HR paperwork and answer questions
  • Input all employee data into system and update team members
  • Assist with employee timesheets and payroll questions
  • Assist with any HR related issue and employee relations needs
  • Handle office and team building events for staff including leadership meetings, holiday parties, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Schedule meetings and orientations weekly
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • Must be bilingual – English/Spanish
  • At least 1 of year HR related experience
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels and communicate well
  • MS Office proficiency
