Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join an established financial institution in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience.
- Makes the initial contact with a client and explains the service available.
- Processes customer orders and payments.
- Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
- Encourages customers to purchase additional products.
- Determines/understands customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling.
- Manages customer queries/complaints
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
