Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative for a global agricultural group located in the Cary, NC area. This person will be responsible for providing superior customer service and order assistance to its clients. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
- Ensure that order process is executed accurately in day to day operational needs
- Receive orders from clients, enter in order into database, and communicate with client regarding order needs
- Maintain accurate estimated Ship Dates for orders by coordinating and communicating with the Logistics and Production teams
- Assist with pricing and programs to accurately invoice customers
- Handle all customer Purchas Orders
- Provide weekly updates on status of open orders and invoicing orders
- Ensure prompt resolution to all customer issues
- Provide support to accounting and AR team regarding order and billing questions
- Special projects as assigned
- Bilingual – ability to read, write, speak Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior agricultural knowledge desirable
- At least 3 years of order entry and strong customer service skill set
- International shipping experience desirable
- Clear and concise communication skill set
- MS Office proficiency; ERP experience
