Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a large healthcare organization in the Cary area. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle all inbound and outbound phone calls to patients and facilitate their questions and account needs. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound phone calls from patients and account holders to process account updates
  • Ensure that all callers receive quality and top customer service experience
  • Input account information into company system
  • Explain process of programs and benefit information
  • Relay information to patients regarding coverage, insurance information, and payments
  • Communicate through phone calls and emails and follow up as needed
  • Assist with taking payment information over the phone and verify for accounting team
  • Transfer callers to other departments as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bilingual – Spanish/English – able to read, write, speak fluently
  • At least 1 year of call center work experience
  • Healthcare or medical experience desirable
  • Background utilizing MS Office programs
  • Highly organized and detailed
