Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Benefits Coordinator to join a global company in Raleigh.   The Benefits Coordinator will provide administrative and technical support to the Benefits team related to the new hire employment process, benefits enrollment, medical support order notices, billing and various other functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilitation of enrollment for employees; respond to questions from the field; respond to inquiries from state agencies as related to benefits.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of invoices for all benefits.
  • Assist in the coordinate of any benefits related information to all locations.
  • Route returned mail and ID cards from benefit carriers.
  • Respond to returned Cobra notifications.
  • Perform routine audits to verify that all employees have beneficiaries listed for life insurance benefits.
  • Perform file audit to ensure files do not contain medical information.
  • File all Benefits Department information.
  • Assist in verification of health insurance coverage for all employees and dependents through scheduled audits.
  • Assist in reviewing any missing information required/needed in HRIS system and coordinate/communicate with field management to have employees update in system.
  • Assist with coordination of annual Service Awards.

Requirements:

  • Operate standard office equipment (i.e., personal computer, facsimile, copy machine, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
  • Associates degree
  • One (1) to two (2) years experience in a Human Resources environment.
