Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for several team members to join a growing bank in the Raleigh area. Hours could be between 7am-11pm and could involve evenings and weekends and potential overtime work. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service, retail, or service industry experience. This person must have a dynamic personality and previous call center experience!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers calling the bank with general banking needs with credit card accounts
- Managing customer database and updating client information as necessary
- Following up with customers via outbound phone calls and email correspondence
- Identify customer issues by asking questions and researching customer accounts to resolve issues quickly
- Support internal team members with projects and heavy call load
- Answer questions for customers and send to managers for escalated needs
Requirements:
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, or service industry required
- MS Office proficiency
- Flexibility with schedule
- People person and eager to help others
