Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a leading financial institution in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and feels comfortable performing heavy data entry.
- Work in a call center environment handling inbound and some outbound phone calls
- Assisting customers with general banking needs including password resets, bank account set up, fraudulent charges, and managing account needs
- Entering in data for customers into account set ups
- Use automated dialer system to reach customers daily
- Patch escalated calls through to management teams
- Communicate effectively with customers when issues arise
- At least 1 year of call center work history required
- Strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- MS Office proficiency
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
